A University of Maryland, College Park Alumna x2, Jasmine received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Jasmine applies psychological theories and practices to help individuals design their career with purpose. Her goal is to change the negative connotation of the word WORK. As xFoundry Associate Director, Jasmine is responsible for developing a unique, multidisciplinary program that gives students the opportunity to compete to solve society’s grand challenges all whilst learning how to become a founder and create their own job.

She is the founder of Your Career Kickstart, a coaching and consulting firm that serves both I/O Psychology Practitioners and organizations. The firm helps I/Os align their career with their purpose in order to land a job in the field of I/O Psychology. Jasmine is also the founder of Cakes by Jasmine, where she bakes cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods for individual’s special occasions and events.

Jasmine teaches Industrial/Organizational Psychology for Bellevue University's Master's in I/O Psychology program. She hosts the I/O Career Strategy and the I/O Psychology Career Hub. She is also an expert career advisor for The Society of Evidence-Based Organizational Consulting (SEBOC).
